Beef Stew Repeat!

Yesterday's lunch was bowl of Medifast Beef Stew! I love this hearty soup, so filling!

 I am running low on food, so Beef Stew it was again for today's lunch! H2O on the side, of course!

I have yet to get on the scale since the vacation. Little scared. I hope they don't put me on today when I pick up food! Off to make the weekly menu plan!
